Privacy policy
Short version: we collect very little, we never sell or trade it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed, typically your name, email address, and your message. If you donate, our payment platform collects the information needed to process the gift and issue a receipt. TSHAWSTRONG, Inc. never sees or stores your card number.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to send your donation receipt, and to send occasional updates if you asked for them. That is the entire list.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade or share donor or subscriber information with anyone, for any reason, including other nonprofits. We do not publish donor names without asking first.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting service that does not build cross-site profiles of visitors, and we will say so here.
Third parties
Our donation platform and email platform process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Links on this site to other organizations (the ALS Association, Team Gleason, Vanderbilt, the VA and others) go to sites with their own policies that we do not control.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you and we will, promptly. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and replying to any of them works too.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
